RPL, PPL & CPL Theory

What we can work on

Theory & practice questions

Make sense of challenging topics

Bring a topic, practice question or calculation you’re struggling with, and we’ll work through it step by step. Sessions can cover navigation, meteorology, aerodynamics, aircraft systems, performance, weight and balance, and flight planning.

Whether you’re studying for RPL, PPL or CPL, we’ll focus on what you need help with and work at your pace.

Exam preparation & study support

Focused revision and KDR support

Preparing for a theory exam? We can revisit difficult topics, practise worked examples and identify areas that need more attention.

If you already have a Knowledge Deficiency Report (KDR), we can use its listed syllabus areas to guide your study and strengthen your understanding. These sessions provide study support; they do not include authorised KDR assessment or sign-off.

Kodie Kuskopf | Founder & Theory Tutor

Meet your tutor

I’m Kodie, a commercial pilot, qualified fitter machinist and boilermaker, and former TAFE teacher based in Mount Isa.

My teaching background is in helping people understand technical concepts and apply them in practice. I bring that same approach to aviation theory: breaking a topic into manageable steps, explaining why it works and using examples to build understanding.

Having worked through the Australian CPL theory exams myself, I understand how much there is to take in. You’re welcome to ask questions, revisit the basics and work at your own pace.
